SFP has finished off the calendar year with a rolling 12-month TRIFR returning to zero, a great result following the last MTI incident that took place early December 2020.
SFP’s focus for December has been to safely shut down and secure sites prior to the Christmas shutdown period.
The use of the AlertMeter® fatigue management App was also introduced to personnel involved in the Gardiners Creek Sewer Rehabilitation Project.

The rolling 12-month TRIFR rate as well as the TRIFR for this financial year is 0.00.
KPI 2 ~ Safety Culture
SSFP achieved a F/Y end Generative Safety Culture Pro-Gen score of 74.15%. The first of Melbourne Water’s new safety culture surveys was undertaken in November, however results have yet to be determined by Melbourne Water.
