HSEQ Update ~ November

SFP along with Melbourne Water and the other Framework Partners introduced the new safety culture survey at our November online safety forum followed by its release the following week and program wide project site locations. More than 100 SFP personnel (including subcontractors) completed the survey. We are awaiting the results of the survey from Melbourne Water.

SFP’s new e-learning modules relating to permit issuer and recipient responsibilities have been released and currently being completed by relevant staff.

The The rolling 12-month TRIFR rate is currently 3.31. The TRIFR for this financial year is 0.00.

SSFP achieved a F/Y end Generative Safety Culture Pro-Gen score of 74.15%. The first of MW’s new safety culture surveys was undertaken in November, however results have yet to be determined by MW.
