March was a busy month in the safety space within SFP. Across the program we ran an All Staff Toolbox Talk which included a focus on Plant & Pedestrian Interaction (The RED Zone) along with updates on the last Safety Culture Survey Results/Feedback, presentation of our program wide PB5 (My Personal Big 5) Poster as well as an update on hazard reporting. A further toolbox was also held relating to Excavations and Trenches.

March also saw the delivery of several joint All Staff Safety Forums across the MW Framework with SFP involvement at ETP, WTP and Yan Yean WTP. The feedback from these has been terrific with a potential to focus on this style of forum moving forward. At these forums, SFP presented on our learnings from recent Plug related incidents. Leading Hand/Supervisor Lindsay Roundhill did an amazing job presenting to large audiences for the first time.

SFP also continued the launch of the new Sustainability behaviours, the second being ‘Build Momentum’. This will continue with a new behaviour introduced each month over the coming months.
