HSEQ Update ~ September

Critical control inspections continue to be undertaken for all critical risk activities with 261 completed in September.

September’s toolboxes concentrated on ‘Mental Health’ associated with RUOK Day, ‘Hot Works and Fire Danger Period’ as well as ‘Fitness for Work’.

Preparation for upcoming tunnelling campaign with respect to tunnel induction including fatigue management.

The rolling 12-month TRIFR rate is 3.02.

In June of 2023, SFP carried out Safety Culture Surveys across all its sites. This round of surveys was conducted with the participation of more than 120 individuals. The responses gathered from this survey have resulted in an overall Pro-Gen score of 89%.
