November Recognition Award – Mariah Vasiliadis!

Mariah showed initiative and tenacity when informed a particular product wasn’t available from our regular suppliers anymore.

Despite being told others had been unsuccessful in finding an alternative supplier, she took it upon herself to investigate and then source a new supplier, even getting acceptance from all parties involved for the new product – all within the project budget! Congratulations Mariah!

SFPJV’s values Mariah displayed during this project:

  • Leadership
  • Customer Focus
  • Relationship Management
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Framework Safety Behaviours (2, 4 & 5)

A shout out to the other November nominees Gustavo Flores, Daniel Simpson and Fleur Bajraszewski. Keep up the good work!

A great night was had by all at the End of Year Celebration, with over 60 SFP staff, as well as Melbourne Water representatives and Board Members in attendance.

On behalf of SFP, Chris thanked the team for their hard work during 2022 and announced the extension of the Melbourne Water Framework Agreement to 2028! He also congratulated everyone on SFP’s amazing safety stats, encouraging everyone to stay safe over the coming festive season.
