September Recognition Award – Louie Naldrett

Louie was nominated twice in September for her great leadership and engagement of people, two of our SFP JV values.

Louie has provided valuable education and guidance to a team mainly made up of new staff to the Joint Venture. Through effective communication, training and setting clear expectations in regard to individuals’ roles and responsibilities, she has formed a well functioning team in a very short period of time.

Congratulations!

The SFP family is growing, with two births in the last month.

Congratulations to Roman and Steph on the safe arrival of Ellah at 12.30am on 28 September, weighing 2.9kg. It was a long 41 week pregnancy, followed by a long 46 hour labour, Ellah and Step are both doing well.

A few weeks later, Oren and Michelle welcomed their son Indiana into the world at 8.30am on 11 October. Indiana was born at Cabrini in Malvern weighing 3.2kgs. Congratulations!
