Objective
- To create a program that recognises Employees who go above and beyond the standard, not just business as usual and who demonstrate alignment with SFPJV 10 Quality Principles and Framework Safety Behaviours
- Provide an opportunity for all Employees to celebrate colleagues who they recognise as demonstrating and working by these Principals and Behaviours
How does it work?
- Recognition Program will run from January to November each year.
- Nominations can be submitted at any time during the applicable month
- Nominations close on the last day of each month
- Nominations are made using the Nomination Form
- Staff members can only enter one (1) Nomination per month.
- If no nominations are made, Delivery and Project Managers will be called upon to submit nominations
- If no nominations are made for the month the amount does not jackpot
Monthly
Recognition Award
- Winner will be contacted by their Manager.
- Office Manager will follow up with Employee to discuss award voucher
- Winner will be announced on SFPJV website and via email to SFPJV team and Board Members
Annual Nominator Award
- All Employees of SFPJV that nominate will received a ticket in the yearly draw for each nomination they submit.
- Employees can submit 1 nomination per month.
- If the Employee you nominate is awarded Employee of the Month – you receive a 2nd ticket in the draw
- Winner will be drawn at the End of Year Function
- Office Manager will follow up with winner of the Nominator Draw to discuss voucher.
